Propulsive Stage Theta (PST) This simple yet highly effective forefoot wedge applies its supinatory force to the foot and leg, as body weight transfers to the metatarsals, during propulsive stage of gait. It provides help during normal walking, but is most effective during running , jumping, and dancing, as body weight is on the ball of the foot.
This light weight device provides optimal benefits during athletic activities, and when used in specialty shoes that won’t accommodate a traditional rear foot wedge orthotic.
Currently we can attach this device directly to any type of shoe, athletic shoe, boot cleat or in-liner. It provides both pain relief and improved balance during function, and is recommenced for use during competitive athletics, including all cycling activities, and in shoes that will not accommodate rear foot control orthotics.
