Clearly the best way to over come skepticism about a product is to try the product before you pay for it. For years I have wanted to give my unique treatment to each patient to try first, then have the patient pay after they know what the value really is. Significant cost associated with custom fabrication for each patient has never permited iplementation of this buisness model. Additionally experience has taught me that a patient must be motivated to follow my directions, as the healing course may involve time, ups and downs, and may require several levels of correction, before all pain is resolved.

1. Once approved, and notified by phone, YOU pay $37.00 up front for the shipping costs and the custom biofoam impression kit.
2. The study provides you with our best Two pair treatment with our Standard Total-Control orthotics at two different custom corrections ($216.00 value).
3. You file an E-mail progress note on Day 1 of treatment, then again at 1 week, 3 weeks, 5 weeks. Concerns or questions as treatment proceeds, will be addressed by one of our treatment specialists, or by Dr Jarrett directly as required.
- After 6 weeks if you do not believe the treatment is of value certify the return of both pair of custom orthotics to PO Box 1574, Riverton UT. 84065 and pay nothing more.
- After 6 weeks you may keep both pair, and and your credit card will be billed $216.00.
- After 6 weeks, keep one pair and certify the return of one pair, your credit card will be billed $141.00
