Although we use the clinical information you provide along with your impressions, we recommend that first-time users of Theta-orthotics let our licensed physicians choose your best starting correction.
Certainly, we take into consideration any comments, photos, and even previous devices you may have used should you decide to forward them with your impression kit. Many patients have had previous experience with foot-control devices and may choose to recommend that we prescribe either aggressive or conservative correction levels.
If our physicians have additional questions once we receive your impressions and the information that you include, they will call you directly before making the prescription.
