When a patient orders more than one pair at different theta corrections, the treatment process is usually more successful. This lets us start you at a more comfortable correction level to begin with and then provide the next higher correction level for you to try as soon as you feel you are ready. It also lets you accommodate shoes with different arch support characteristics while maintaining the same degree of correction you have currently acclimated to.
Sometimes the patients determine that they can start at the highest level we sent, and they determine they do not need the lower level. If this should happen, they can return the unused orthotics and they will be exchanged for a higher level. Other times, the lowest correction we send my be too high to start with; if so, you can return the highest correction you received and we will exchange it for a lower level at no additional cost.
We have learned over the last twenty years that the higher the correction, the better the help, but that we must start each patient at a correction low enough to begin with. When the patient selects a package with two or more corrections, we cannot only design a more complete and successful treatment but we do it at a cost way below purchasing each correction one at a time.
Some patients have already tried many different orthotics/supports and are apprehensive about purchasing a package with more than one custom-fitted orthotic. We understand your concerns, and will do our best to get the best starting correction for you. Should you then realize that your orthotics are helping but that you want more correction and help, you can return to our site and place a “subsequent order.”. A subsequent order does not require an additional impression kit and is provided at a reduced cost, although at a higher cost than if you purchase a package with multiple correction levels.
Our same guarantee applies, regardless of the Treatment Program you purchase to start with . No matter if you order 1, 2, or 3 pairs of Theta-Orthoics, the only thing you stand to lose is the cost of the impression kit, plus shipping and handling, or $29.00.
