Once I place my order, what is the sequence of events before I receive my custom orthotics?

After you place your order either on the internet www.theta-orthotics.com/orders.html or by calling 1-800-55-Theta:

1. Your impression kit is shipped the next working day via 2-day US priority mail. Included in your kit are instructions for completing the impression of both your right and left feet. Additionally, there is a clinical questionnaire that asks the same clinical questions we ask of our office patients.

2. Return your impression kit with the pre-addressed label included in the kit, along with your answers to the clinical questions. You may include photos, copies of x-rays, or any other items or comments you feel you want to include.

3. When we receive your kit, one of our physicians reviews your clinical questionnaire and inspects and measures critical dimensions of your impressions. Additionally, any comments or photos are evaluated and a prescription for your specific custom Theta-Orthotics is recorded.

4. Our orthotic laboratory then fabricates your orthotics. From the time we receive your impression kit, the usual time for both prescription and fabrication is five working days.

5. We then ship via 2-day US priority mail your custom Theta-Orthotics to your mailing address. Included with your order are instructions and a copy of your guarantee. If you have any questions once you receive your order, please call us at 1-800-55-THETA.
