Ever since I first become aware of the postural benefits associated with use of high levels of theta during all weight bearing activities, I have been a student of spinal position.  What becomes most apparent when you first begin to improve your own posture is how bad others really stand.  It becomes obvious that most do not know how far forward their head position is, or how curved their lumbar area is, how knocked their knees are or how much their foot pronates.  Most do not have a clue how badly positioned everything is let alone how it is affecting so many important health issues in their live.

I now understand the mechanism by which chiropractors, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, osteopaths podiatrists and even regular practice of Yoga can create a force that will straighten the spine and decrease spinal curvature. After 20 years of research with Theta I know there is no other force in the world that is even one /half as capable of reversing the damaging effect of gravity and body mass as the force created with use of  40 degree Orthotics.
